Here’s 100 things about Me.

    1. I was born January 28, 1970.
    2. I wear #70 when I play hockey.
    3. I really admire Lance Armstrong’s drive, but at the same time I think he’s an ass.
    4. I have a thing for black and yellow.
    5. My favourite Halloween costume is SuperBuzz!
    6. My grandmother thought I would be a girl and referred to me as Alice, while I was in the womb.
    7. My favourite interviews are Janet Jackson, Robbie Williams and Destiny’s Child.
    8. My least favourite was Mighty Mighty Bosstones.
    9. My most intimidating were Mick Jagger and Tori Amos.
    10. When I was a kid I wanted to be an astronaut.
    11. I was named after Buzz Aldrin, not Buzz Lightyear, and I’ve met him.
    12. I have never won our family version of Iron Chef.
    13. My favourite thing to cook is braised lamb.
    14. I have a younger brother and a younger sister.
    15. I have been in one national tv commercial and one national tv series.
    16. I was the original host of Urban Rush, back when it was called Daytime, with Fiona Forbes.
    17. I moved to B-C when I was 10.
    18. I didn’t get to meet Terry Fox, but I did meet Steve Fonyo.
    19. Terry Fox is the greatest Canadian.
    20. My favourite hockey teams have been: Montreal, Quebec, Colorado and Vancouver.
    21. I used to pretend I was Richard Brodeur when I played minor hockey.
    22. I fall asleep when I read, unless I really, really like the book. I have only really, really liked books by Dan Brown and Stephen King.
    23. I have run 3 marathons, including one in Iceland.
    24. I have been to all continents except Australia and Antartica.
    25. I want to do the Ironman.
    26. I was in Whistler when it was announced as host of the 2010 Olympics.
    27. I have won, make that worn, an Olympic gold medal.
    28. I could do the splits when I was a teen.
    29. My highschool wrestling weight was 112lbs.
    30. The most I have ever weighed in my life was 219lbs.
    31. The first girl I ever kissed was Natasha Koshowski.
    32. My first love was Grace Moniz.
    33. I like to play poker.
    34. I’m probably bluffing.
    35. I can be obsessive.
    36. I hate people.
    37. I got into radio because I was failing university and my brother suggested I try it.
    38. I taught myself HTML and have been online since 96.
    39. I still write my website from scratch in notepad.
    40. I have seen all the Star Wars episodes.
    41. I have a thing for redheads, therefore, Ginger over Mary Ann.
    42. I have appeared in all major forms of media: print, cyber, tv, radio.
    43. I dont watch tv, I download it. My fave shows are: The Daily Show, Entourage, Weeds, Lost, Survivor, The Amazing Race.
    44. I have been to the French Open, The Tour De France, the Grey Cup, the Canadian Open of Golf, The Stanley Cup Finals.
    45. I have watched baseball at Wrigley Field and Yankee Stadium.
    46. My lowest golf score is 80.
    47. I hit a hole in one on #2 at Country Meadows with a 7 iron.
    48. My ultimate foursome would be Mike Weir, Tiger Woods, Phil Mickelson and my Grampa. I’d caddy.

    50. My dream job is becoming a Game Show Host, but I’d settle for being a reporter for Entertainment Tonight.
    51. If I wasn’t a radio broadcaster, I’d be working for a marketing company.
    52. I like to get up early.
    53. I’ve been married. I’ve been divorced. I am now common law and happier than ever.
    54. I never thought I would be a father, but it’s the greatest thing in the world.
    55. I have been to Paris 4 times.
    56. My grandmother is the most giving and generous and positive person I have ever known.
    57. I have had both my ears pierced.
    58. I have a tattoo of on my right inside ankle. It’s of a fleur delys and maple leaf.
    59. I am French Canadian.
    60. I can speak enough french to get my bike shipped from Lyon to Paris on a train.
    61. I rode my bike from Paris to Lyon.
    62. The scariest day of my life was the Quebec Referendum in 1980. My grandparents lived in Montreal and I thought they would be foreigners when I woke up in the morning.
    63. The happiest day of my life was May 31, 2007. My son’s birthday.
    64. I am a Liberal.
    65. I don’t like unions.
    66. George W Bush’s decision making process is an embarassment to us all.
    67. I hate america. I don’t hate Americans. I hate america and it’s manifest destiny and simultaneous arrogance and ignorance.

    72. The Vancouver Canucks will never win the Stanley Cup in my lifetime.

    76. My first job was at McDonald’s. I was Employee of the Month in July 1985.
    77. I have visited every province in Canada.
    78. My radio idols are Darren B Lamb, Howie the Hitman and Mark “In the Dark” Allen.
    79. I wish I was Ryan Seacrest.
    80. I’m glad I’m not Ben Mulroney.
    81. I was Valedictorian in my graduating year.
    82. My family lived in the same house for over 20 years, but my brother, my sister and I all graduated from different high schools.
    83. I went to Catholic High School.
    84. I don’t like organized religions, but I think there is something “up there”.
    85. My family was on the gameshow Second Honeymoon, we came third.
    86. These are my favourite places on the planet, so far: Place des Vosges, Sunset Blvd, Cafe du Monde, Macchu Pichu, Marrakech, Thingveyir.
    87. I swam naked in the Atlantic Ocean at midnight on New Year’s. Jana has the pictures.
    88. I have been robbed at gunpoint. And at knifepoint. At the same time.
    89. I order champagne, Pale Ale or a Cosmopolitan.
    90. My favourite wines is Penfolds Bin 2. With chocolate cupcakes.
    91. I will eat anything once.
    92. I have been skydiving, but I don’t think I’d do it again.
    93. I have never been bungee jumping, and don’t think I will.
    94. My “list” includes Kate Beckinsale, Amanda Peet, Kate Beckinsale, Salma Hayek and Kate Beckinsale
    95. I really enjoy fashion, especially the Supermodel era of the 90s.
    96. The one person I really want to meet/interview is Madonna.
    97. I am ambitious.

    99. The first concert I ever saw was Huey Lewis and the News. Pacific Coliseum, February 14, 1985.
    100. My favourite concert was Prince at the Orpheum in Vancouver.
