Can’t remember the last time I ate leather, so not sure I’d recognize the flavour of it in wine even if it was there.

I always have to admit – the more expensive a bottle, the less likely I am to like it. But then, I drink Château de Cardboard a lot of the time, so I’m obviously a peasant.
