Sixty-Six?

Last year my grandparents celebrated their 65th Wedding Anniversary. A huge surprise celebration was held for them with family and friends gathering from across the country to revel in the longevity of their love.

8 weeks later, on Mother’s Day, my Grandmother passed away.

Today would have been their 66th Wedding Anniversary and while the official clock has stopped ticking on their marriage, I know it goes on inside my Grandfather’s heart.

Jen and I will have to live to 104 years old to match their impressive record.
