Back Behind The Mic
Today at noon I will be back behind a microphone for the first time in 4 months. I’ll be pulling a midday shift for the next few weeks on AMP Radio Calgary to ease myself into the groove of the city and the station.
The longest break I’ve had from the mic in my nearly 20 year career was 5 weeks after Zacharie was born and Z switched to Crave. That first shift back brought all the butterflies and energy of my first ever break. I can’t wait for that nervous euphoria.
Noon in Calgary is 11a in Vancouver and 2p back east. If you’re not in Calgary listening to 90.3 FM, I’ll hope you’ll listen online or check out the live video stream below when I’m on air.
