Team Diabetes is now on Facebook and Flickr
Training for Team Diabetes Easter Island is going well. I’m getting near 30 miles a week and had a very quick 39:32 time for Harry’s Spring Run Off 8k last weekend.
So I’m ready to do it again. Virgin Radio and Team Diabetes are working on another recruitment campaign for the fall. This time we’re going to RIO! As in Brazil!
The Rio de Janeiro Marathon is in June, right in the heart of World Cup 2010, so while we’re getting settled in to run the race, I’m sure some sightseeing of local bars to watch the games will be part of the attraction.
For now, keep it in the back of your head, I’ll be giving you more details as the fall approaches.

BUZZ…what an opportunity you gave your audience to view some ” local ” girls at Disney World Team D……picture frame , I think number 2 : Tanya, Christine, Brenda, Desirea and me at about 4 am , cool morning , bright eyed , andrenalin running overtime …and missing the BUZZ . But do not despair …3 of us will do the Vancouver May 3 and invite others to come and CHEER , including YOU, Buzz .
