Hi LA Friends: I attended LA Weight Loss Clinic in Ottawa for 4 years and loved every minute of this OH SO HEALTHY WAY TO LOOSE WEIGHT - And I made so many recipes from both LA Cookbooks; one of my favourites is the sweet and sour chicken with pineapple and green pepper and red wine vinegar etc. yum. 1 recipe would be enough for 2 meals. But, Alas, all of the Ottawa locations are closed. And I miss the great Omega 3 and Calcium supplements; Could anyone please tell me where I can order.
