I was on Urban Rush with Michael Eckford and Fiona Forbes this week to discuss World Diabetes Day, what it means to have diabetes and my efforts to run a couple marathons next year with Team Diabetes.

About 4min in, Fiona brings up LA Weight Loss and they split screen an image of me from this week with one from my last UR appearance in June. That’s what 30 pounds looks like.

This afternoon, LA Weight Loss will make a donation to Team Diabetes, I can’t wait.
