I’m loving getting out and getting active again. Building up the mileage has been a lot easier since I’ve been on the LA Weight Loss program. I’ve lost nearly 25 lbs since January 1, and let me tell you .. a lighter body makes running a lot easier.

Here’s a video I made of one of my favourite places to run, Lynn Creek. My route starts at Seylynn Park and I do a loop up the creek which is also an off leash dog park.
