- Come on and join The 95Crave Team Diabetes Crew as we prepare to do a full or half marathon at Disney World in January.

    - Last week's rumours were of Friends movie were squashed today.

    - Get ready to see a lot of Todd Bertuzzi next year. Bert has signed with the Flames.

    - I've always wanted to do this.

- It's 7/7 today, yay! Really the big day is Friday, it's 7/11 and you know what that means!

- How much do you love picking your own strawberries. Enough to get a little row rage?

- Nicole Kidman had her baby on Monday and named it Sunday.

						Walk Before You Run, Stand Before You Walk

He may still only have 2 teeth, but for the past week and a bit, Z has added a new trick to his repertoire - standing.
We saw it suddenly in my brother’s basement last weekend, and for the past week he’s been going up and down like a yo-yo.  He’s not walking yet, but he’s close.

I had to use Windows Movie Maker to make the clip, something I’m not a fan of, but I took the video with the Flip Ultra, and it’s not very Mac friendly.
