		<description>Actually we *might* be able to raise that much money, maybe not through tax returns. Last year, Rebecca Bollwitt and I did the Blogathon (she blogathoned for Surrey Bank Food and I fundraised for A Loving Spoonful). But maybe we could have split fundraising goals and offer some of our raised funds to Team Diabetes. My grandfather died of it, and I have a family history of diabetes (two uncles currently living with the disease). 

But on the other hand, I'm also strongly compelled to raise funds for cancer. Local friends are currently battling it, as well as one of my aunts, and some of my family members have died of this evil disease. So, maybe I should plan to Blogathon for maybe two causes: diabetes AND cancer.
