thanks for doing this Buzz! Very touching - i was at the game last night - and found it very emotional and overwhelming. watching the video bits of last nights game was just as hard today as last night. Trevor Linden will always be a Canuck! & in our hearts!

This is awesome Buzz! Despite being at Saturday’s game I’m still in denial about him retiring!! It’d be nice to see him back next season as our Captain. Trevor Linden is the best thing that has ever happened to a Canuck’s uniform!
There’s a petition online already to rename a street after Linden as well

It’s got a lot to do with the man’s humility. I can’t ever recall seeing a time where he appeared as the jaded, mouthy pro sport player. He played with respect for the game and the fans. I hope is non-playing years are as richly rewarding as the reward he gave to the game.
…and while you’re at it, it’s time to bring back the “Flying V/Electric Skate” uniform. The only hockey sweater with a whale on it belongs in Hartford…and that “Big C” is the most boring logo in all of sports.
Remember-the Canucks have been to 2 Stanley Cup Finals..and they certainly weren’t wearing blue and green!
