I received a new pair of Creative Aurvana Live yesterday, and I thought I’d try my first unboxing.
Sure, it’s not as cool as the Apple IIc unbox, or a MacBook Air unbox, but this is my unbox. Here it is

With shiny bits like these things have, you’ll be buffing them like Meg buffs her iPod Touch.
At least I hope she buffs it; otherwise, it’d be extremely smudgy and nasty by now.
I assume the big argument for a radio guy in favor of over-ear headphones (instead of in-ear) is the need to rapidly get them on and off at various times in a shift.
I’ve tried inner ear Etymotics and Creatives before, but they didnt work properly. I’m not well versed in the wiring etc of the headphones, but they just got blasted. These ones were dandy yesterday, and I’m disappointed I’ve forgotten them for today’s shift.
