Is it easy to jump off the Empire State Building?

No.

It’s not because of the high angled fence around the top – that’s easy to scale – it’s the people holding on to you that makes it tough.

I saw this guy on the Today Show this morning and could only think “Dude, it’s ILLEGAL TO DO THIS, so why are you suing the Empire State building?” Nice p/r for him, of course. LOL
