The previous post about the Rolling Stone Top 100 for the year got me thinking to go and dig deeper into my archives.

I cracked open my iTunes and sorted my music according to “Most Played.” Theoretically, these should be my most favourite songs for the year.

They are:

1. Zero 7 - Destiny
2. Hardkandy - Stand Still
3. The White Stripes - My Doorbell
4. Kosheen - Gone
5. Language Lab - Burning Disaster
6. Bliss - Kissing
7. Moby - Temptation
8. Morcheeba - Blindfold
9. Morcheeba - Undress Me Now
10. Zero 7 - Futures

All of those songs are on my “chill” playlist. 4 of the ten are on the mixed chill album, Later. It’s the kind of groove I’m into.
